By using rutgon.biz, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the service.

2. Service Description

rutgon.biz provides free and paid URL shortening services, allowing users to create short links, track click counts, and manage their personal link library.

3. User Accounts

• You must sign in with a valid Google account.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Account sharing is not permitted.

4. Prohibited Content

You may not use the service to shorten links to:

• Content that violates Vietnamese or international law.
• Malware, phishing, or spam.
• Pornographic, violent, or hate content.
• Copyright or intellectual property infringement.
• Fraud or illegal gambling.

We reserve the right to remove links and suspend accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

5. Usage Quotas

Each account has a link creation limit based on the subscription plan. Requests exceeding the quota are automatically rejected. We may adjust quotas without notice.

6. Intellectual Property

The rutgon.biz platform, its source code, and design are our proprietary property. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works.

7. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as-is" without warranty. We are not liable for damages arising from use or inability to use the service, including service interruptions or data loss.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time via the settings page.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.

12. Custom Short Code Policy and Legal Responsibility

• When the feature is available, you may choose a custom short code for your link.
• You must not use short codes that are misleading, impersonate others, or infringe trademarks, brand names, or intellectual property rights of third parties.
• We reserve the right to reject, reclaim, or disable any short code that violates the law, these Terms, or the operation of the service.
• The platform is not legally responsible for user-selected short codes and reserves the right to suspend or terminate violating accounts without prior notice.
